Description

The NFX9000 adjustablefrequency AC Drives are designed to provide adjustablespeed control of 3-phase motors. Thesemicroprocessor-based drives have standardfeatures that can be programmed to tailorthe drive’s performance to suit a wide varietyof application requirements. The NFX9000volts-per-hertz product line utilizes a 32-bitmicroprocessor and insulated gate bipolartransistor (IGBTs) which provides quietmotor operation, high motor efficiency andsmooth low speed performance. The sizeand simplicity of the NFX9000 make it idealfor hassle-free installation where size is aprimary concern.Models rated at 240V, single- or3-phase, 50/60 Hz are available in sizesranging from 1/4 to 2 hp. Models rated at115V, single-phase, 50/60 Hz are availablein the 1/4 to 1/2 hp size range. The standarddrive includes a digital display as well asoperating and programming keys on aremovable keypad. The display providesdrive monitoring and diagnostic information.The keys are utilized for digital adjustmentand programming of the drive plus operatorcontrol. Separate terminal blocks for controland power wiring are provided for customerconnections. The drives feature RS485 serialcommunications.
