The OM-CP-AVS150 is a completesystem used to perform autoclavevalidations. The OM-CP-AVS150consists of a NIST traceableOM-CP-HITEMP-150 data logger,an IP68 extended range thermalshield, an OM-CP-IFC200 USB cablepackage and FDA 21 CFR part 11secure software. For larger sizeautoclaves or mapping projects, theOM-CP-AVS150-5, includes fiveOM-CP-HITEMP-150’s and fivethermal shields. The OM-CP-HITEMP-150 iscompletely submersible and canmeasure temperatures up to 150°C(302°F). The 51 mm (2") rigid probeprovides a fast response time andcan record readings as fast as onceper second.The OM-CP-HITEMP-150 can beused in each autoclave cycle forverification and to provide data forvalidation. When used with thethermal shield the device canwithstand up to 250°C (482°F)(time dependent).
The secure software provides datain graphical and tabular form, andprovides a summary and statisticalreport of the data.The software also featuressterilization calculations to determinethe F0 value. Furthermore thesoftware allows for different userlevels and logins, electronicsignatures, an audit trail and asecure data file to stand up toauditors.
This device can be started andstopped directly from a computerand their compact design allowsthem to fit almost anywhere.Data retrieval is simple. Plug thedevice into an available USB portand our easy-to-use software doesthe rest. The software converts a PCinto a real-time strip chart recorder.Data can be printed in graphical andtabular format or exported to a textor Microsoft Excel file.
