Description
The PXCPC Series pressuresensors come standard with tubepressure ports and use stateof-the-art micromachined silicontechnology to deliver accurate,stable pressure measurement in aminiature package. On sensors of5 psi and above the high side of thesilicon is protected by a silicone gelcoating. The sensors are designedfor use with non-corrosive non-ionicgases. Many industrial and researchgases fall into this category.
