Description

Description

The OM-CP-EVENT101A is part of a new series of low cost,state-of-the-art data logging devices. The OM-CP-EVENT101Aoffers a 10 year battery life, 4 Hz reading rate, a multiple start/stopfunction, ultra-high speed download capability, 406,323 reading storagecapacity, optional memory wrap, battery life indicator, optionalpassword protection and more.

The OM-CP-EVENT101A sensesinput transitions or contact closuresfrom external sources such as transducers or pulse state initiators (gas, water andelectric meters) and record the time that a particular event has occurred.Once activated, the data logger senses and records transition orstate changes at the input. Its realtime clock ensures that all data istime and date stamped. This is ideal for recording events. The storagemedium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum datasecurity even if the battery becomes discharged. The small size of thesedevices allows them to fit almost anywhere. Data retrieval is simple. Simply plugit into an available USB port and our user-friendly software does the rest.

The software converts a PC into a real-time strip chart recorder.Data can be printed in graphical and tabular format or exported toa text or Microsoft Excel® file. The storage medium is non-volatilesolid state memory, providing maximum data security even if thebattery becomes discharged. The OM-CP-EVENT101A wasdesigned with our customers in mind. There are free firmwareupgrades for the life of the product so that data loggers alreadydeployed in the field can grow with new technological developments.Units do not need to be returned to the factory for upgrades. The usercan do this automatically from any PC.
