Description
The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A is a wireless datalogger designed to measure and record DCvoltage signals. The data logger can connectdirectly to DC voltage sources which makes itideal for battery usage studies, solar energymonitoring and other DC voltage monitoringapplications. The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A canalso be interfaced with a wide range of voltageoutput devices, including pressure transducers andother process sensors. The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A isavailable in a 2.5V, 15V, 30V or 160 mV measurementrange.
The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A features an LCD screenwhich provides instant access to the current reading,minimum, maximum and average statistics. Throughthe software, the device can be programmed withengineering units, which convert the voltage signalsinto a different unit of measure such as PSI, % orPPM. The engineering unit is available for displayon the LCD screen as well as in the software. Thestatistics can be reset through the keypad of thedevice, allowing customers to keep track of statisticsover certain time periods. This feature does not erasethe data recorded, but only resets the statistics count.
The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A can be used asa standalone data logger, or used with theOM-CP-RFC1000-EXT wireless transceiver,to transmit data back to a central PC. TheOM-CP-RFVOLT2000A transmits up to 152 m (500')line of sight to the OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT transceiver.Multiple OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT’s can be used asrepeaters and transmit up to 305 m (1000') line of sightto other OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT’s. This allows the datato be sent over a greater distance.
The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A-160MV model is awireless, differential voltage data logger. The deviceis equipped with a three position terminal block toallow for a positive, negative and ground connection.This allows the measurement of the voltage differencebetween two signals tied to the same ground.
The OM-CP-RFVOLT2000A can be used as a single,wireless data logging system, or can be expanded toa large scale system, which can include hundreds ofdata loggers measuring different parameters such astemperature, humidity and more (additional wirelessdata loggers and transceivers may be required). Datacan be viewed in graphical or tabular formats andsummary and statistics views are available for furtheranalysis. The software features export to Excel®, dataannotation, digital calibration and more.
