TRODEKS TPTY50 Air Differential Pressure Switch
The TRODEKS TPTY50 is an adjustable air differential pressure switch designed for detecting small pressure differences in air and non-combustible, non-aggressive gases.
It is widely used for monitoring fans, airflow and air-conditioning systems and can also be used for overheating protection and frost protection in industrial cooling systems.
The switching setpoint can be visually adjusted using the integrated pressure scale.

Installation Information
The TPTY50 is factory-calibrated for installation in a vertical position.
If the unit is installed horizontally, the switching point may change:
• Cover facing upwards: switching point approximately 15 Pa higher than the indicated scale value
• Cover facing downwards: switching point approximately 15 Pa lower than the indicated scale value
The unit should not be installed upside down when the trip pressure is below 50 Pa.
Electrical Switching Operation
The TPTY50 uses an SPDT contact arrangement with the following terminals:
1 – COM
2 – NA
3 – NC
When differential pressure increases:
1–3 opens
1–2 closes
