trodeksTHERM® thermal conducting paste is a hightemperature and high thermally conductive paste product.They are specially formulated for permanent and temporarybonding of thermocouples, thin film RTDs, thermistors andother temperature sensors, to most surfaces–metals,ceramics, glass, plastics, paper products.

trodeksTHERM® products is compounded and packagedfor convenient, easy mixing and application. Eachformulation exhibits important characteristics necessary foraccurate, fast, reliable temperature measurement. Theseare: good adhesion and strength, high temperature rating,high thermal conduction, high electric insulation, thixotropicconsistency, fast cure, and easy application.

trodeksTHERM® 201
trodeksTHERM® 201 — is a very high thermally conductivefilled silicone paste, ideally suited for many temperaturemeasurement applications. This thick, grey, smooth pastewets most surfaces and will not harden on long exposure toelevated temperatures. It is rated for continuous usebetween -40 and 200°C (–40 and 392°F).

trodeksTHERM® 201 provides an excellent means ofconducting heat and expanding the heat-path area from asurface to a temperature measurement sensor, thusincreasing the speed of response and improving accuracy.Some applications are:
a) Surface Measurement Probes — dab a small amounton the surface and push the sensor into this area.
b) Temporary bonding and encapsulating oftemperature sensors — simply dab trodeksTHERM®201 onto the surface or in the cavity, plant the sensorin the paste, and tape to hold in place.

This highly versatile paste is supplied in 1/2- and 2-ouncejars, as well as in one- and two-pound containers.
