Oven temperature profiling on aregular basis can help ensureconsistent product quality. Profilingenables users to optimize theirprocess, improve process control,and make corrections whenevernecesssary.
The OM-CP-QUADTHERMOVAULTis a 4-channel, thermally insulated,battery-powered oven temperaturerecorder able to withstand extremetemperatures. It can withstand oventemperatures of up to 350°C(662°F) for 25 minutes. Whenproperly sealed, its stainless steelenclosure and thermal propertiesmake it the ideal temperaturerecording device for applicationssuch as powder coating cure ovens,wet coating cure ovens, batchovens, and conveyor ovens.The external thermocoupleprobes provide accuratetemperature measurementsand fast response times.
Our user-friendly software easilydownloads the data to a computer,where the readings may bedisplayed in degrees Celsius,Fahrenheit, Kelvin, or Rankine.The software allows the user toview all data points and a summaryof the data being viewed, forcalculations such as mean kinetictemperature (MKT).
If additional analysis is needed,the data can be exported to Excelsimply by clicking a button. TheOM-CP QUADTHERMOVAULT‘Ssmall size allows it to fit almostanywhere. Data retrieval is simple.Plug it into an available COM portand our easy-to-use software doesthe rest. Data can be printed ingraphical or tabular format or it canbe exported to a text or MicrosoftExcel file.
