The OM-CP-THERMALERT-GB and OM-CP-THERMALERT-P aretemperature monitoring and alarming systems designed foruse in hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and othercritical temperature monitoring areas. Also, these units can be usedto monitor a single temperature location or expanded to includehundreds of locations by adding additional transmitters. These unitsrecord both ambient temperatureand humidity.

The OM-CP-THERMALERT-GB and OM-CP-THERMALERT-P providesreal time notification of temperature deviations, and features a userprogrammable alarm that can be configured to send a message viatext message, screen alarm and/or e-mail if an alarm condition occurs.The OM-CP-THERMALERT-GB system includes an RTD probe thatis mounted in a miniature bottle filled with ethylene glycol. In this method,a temperature “buffered” reading is taken, preventing false alarms.The OM-CP-THERMALERT-P system includes an RTD probe witha 0.9 m (3') lead wire and a 114 mm (4.5") probe sheath.

The OM-CP-THERMALERT-GB and OM-CP-THERMALERT-P system isequipped with wireless two-way communication. Full communicationcan be performed directly from a central PC, including starting,stopping and downloading. In addition to wirelessly transmittingdata, both units store each reading to internal memory for backup. Thisback up data may be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. Customerscan set-up automatic archiving preferences, ensuring all data issaved and retained to comply with federal regulations.
