The new OM-CP-RFPULSE2000A is a wirelessdata logger that records pulse output signalsfrom various sensors such as flow meters andanemometers. When started, the data loggersamples at 100 Hz and at the user specifiedreading rate, recording the total number ofpulses from the sample to memoryThe OM-CP-RFPULSE2000A features anLCD screen which provides instant access to thecurrent reading, minimum, maximum and averagestatistics. Through the software the device can beprogrammed to convert the pulse output into a differentunit of measure such as gallons per minute or milesper hour. This information can be viewed on the LCDscreen of the data logger as well as inthe software.The OM-CP-RFPULSE2000A is unique in that it notonly calculates pulse count, but it also calculates pulserate. Engineering units can be programmed into thedevice as a rate, which allows the device to calculatethe measurement unit in rates per second, minute, houror per day. This provides more useful statistics to theuser when data logging over long periods of time.The OM-CP-RFPULSE2000A can be used as astandalone data logger, or it can be used with theOM-CP-RFC1000-EXT wireless transceiver towirelessly transmit data back to a central PC. TheOM-CP-RFPULSE2000A transmits up to 152 m (500')line of sight to the OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT transceiver.Multiple OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT’s can be used asrepeaters and transmit up to 305 m (1000') line of sightto other OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT’s. This allows the datato be sent back over a greater distance.The OM-CP-RFPULSE2000A can be used as a single,wireless data logging system, or can be expanded toa large scale system, which can include hundreds ofdata loggers measuring a number of areas (additionalwireless loggers and transceivers may be required).Data can be viewed in graphical or tabular formats andsummary and statistics views are available for furtheranalysis. The software features export to Excel®, dataannotation, digital calibration and more.
