Description The OS-MINIHUB is an industrialinfrared temperature monitoringsystem, with miniature sensingheads and optional displaymodules.
OS-MINIHUB sensors aredesigned to measure the surfacetemperature of non-reflectivematerials in industrial applications,from -20 to 1000°C (-4 to 1832°F).They are sealed to NEMA 4(IP65), built from 316 stainlesssteel, and fully tested to industrialEMC standards.
They can measure food, paper,thick plastics, asphalt, paint, bulkmaterials and organic materials,as well as most dirty, rusty oroily surfaces.
OS-MINIHUB sensors have anoperating temperature rating ofup to 120°C (248°F) with no needfor cooling.
The sensors measure just 45 mm(1.7") long (plus cable gland), sothey can fit into the smallest ofspaces.
Up to 6 sensors can be connectedto the optional TSD600 interfacemodule, which providestemperature display, configuration,and high-capacity data logging toa MicroSD Card. Analog and relayoutputs are available via separateDIN rail mounted modules.
With up to 6 sensors connectedto one TSD600, the OS-MINIHUBis an ideal low-cost non-contacttemperature measurementsystem.
To measure more than 6 locations,OS-MiniHUB sensors andTSD600 sub-networks maybe connected to an RS485Modbus SCADA system orPLC. It is possible to measurethe temperature of hundreds orthousands of locations on thesame network.
The OS-MINIHUB may beinstalled as a new temperaturemonitoring system, or integratedinto an existing Modbus network.With two Modbus interfaces, theTSD600 makes an ideal localdisplay for a group of sensors aspart of a larger system.The OS-MINIHUB-JB6 junctionbox makes it easy to connect thesystem together.Never miss a critical temperatureevent. In condition monitoringapplications, the OS-MiniHUBsystem is an always-on solutionthat can replace manual checkswith a handheld thermometer orexpensive thermal imager.

OS-MiniHUB sensorsare placed inside the oven atup to 120°C (248°F), to build-upa temperature profile at manypoints on the entire surface of theworkpiece, and to communicatethe measured temperature to theheating system that controls the hotair blowers in the oven. Corrugated Board Manufacturing

Arrays of sensors fitted on a rigof infrared curing lamps ensurean even temperature profile alongthe part being cured. Surfacecoatings, paint and epoxy areideal target materials, amongmany others.
Gas Cylinder Filling
