The OM-CP-RFOT is the most advanced wireless temperature datalogger in the meat industry today. Its rugged design, equipped with aflexible piercing probe allows it to beused in the harshest environments.

The OM-CP-RFOT is perfectly suited for smoke houses, ovensand other cooking processes up to 212°F (100°C) as well asrefrigerators and freezers down to -20°C (-4°F). It is completelysplash proof and can withstand wash down cycles. This state-ofthe-art device records and transmits internal product temperaturereadings back to a central computerfor instant real-time monitoring.

The OM-CP-RFOT never needs to be connected to a computer as ithas been designed for two way wireless communication. Fullcommunication can be performed directly from a central PC. Inaddition to wirelessly transmitting data, the OM-CP-RFOT also storeseach reading to internal memory for backup. This back up data may beretrieved wirelessly at a later time.

This easy to use software features user programmable critical controlpoints, called “cooling flags” to assist in compliance with USDA AppendixB. The “cooling flags” are automatically annotated on the graphand tabular data views. The summary tab provides the cooldown duration between each criticalcontrol point. The data can also beautomatically exported to Excel® forfurther calculations. Data retrieval is simple. Plug thedevice into an available USB portand our easy-to-use software doesthe rest. The software converts a PCinto a real-time strip chart recorder.Data can be printed in graphical andtabular format or exported to a textor Microsoft Excel file.The OM-CP-RFOT was designedwith our customers in mind. We offerfree firmware upgrades for the life ofthe product so that data loggersalready deployed in the field cangrow with new technologicaldevelopments. Units do not need tobe returned to the factory forupgrades. The user can do thisautomatically from any PC.
