Extreme process temperaturesreduce the accuracy, life and theoverall reliability of a pressuretransmitter or gauge. The trodekscooling element is made from cast316L stainless for maximumcorrosion resistance andcompatibility with process mediaWhen used with a pressuretransducer or bourdon tube gauge,in still air cooling element is ableto reduce a 260°C (400°F) liquidprocess temperature down to38°C (100°F) at the active portionof the sensing element.
