Description
The LVF-200A-R Series opticsensor creates a pulsed beam ofinfrared light which is reflected onthe oblique flat sensor tip. If the tipis dry, the light beam is recognizedand if it is wet, the beam reflectsback into the liquid. The optic sensoris factory calibrated for use withclear or translucent liquids. Theshape and optic characteristicsof the oblique flat optical surfaceprovide a high level of opticalefficiency, including resistanceto ambient light and processcondensation. Although the sensoroffers very broad liquid compatibility,it is not recommended for use withcoating or highly specular liquids.Ideal for leak detection.
