Description
The LV160 Series high levelindicators have a 2 NPT mounting,making them ideal for use inunderground and abovegroundstorage tanks. When mountedvertically at the tank top, the unitreliably indicates high liquid level.The unit’s rugged construction andmultiple design options make itadaptable for just about anyenvironment. The indicator isavailable in brass or stainless steel,making it suitable for use with awide range of liquids.
Adjustable versions are available forvarying tank sizes. A special cinchnut on the mounting allows the stemto travel up or down to fine-tuneactuation points. The extent of theadjustment depends on the unit’slength and distance from themounting to the highest float stop.The LV160 Series is offered inintegral 1 foot lengths. For otherlengths, adaptor systems areavailable. They consist of 2 parts:the LVR-CBR coupling (2 x 2" FNPT)and an LVR-B pipe nipple (2 x 2" MNPT)of various lengths to change theinsertion depth of the sensor. Whenusing the adaptors, retaining clip pliersare required to remove the float forinstallation.
