Description
The OME-PIO-D144 provides 144TTL digital I/O lines. The OME-PIO-D144 consists of eighteen
8-bit bi-directional ports (3 ports on eachconnector). The 8-bit ports on eachconnector are port A (PA), port B(PB), and port (PC).Each 8-bit port can beindependently set as input oroutput. All ports are configured asinputs upon power-up or reset. TheOME-PIO-D144 has one D-Subconnector and five 50-pin flatcable connectors. Each header canconnect to a 50-pin flat cable. Theflat cable can be connected toOME-ADP-37/PCI or OME-ADP-50/PCI adapter which can be fixedon the computer chassis. It can beinstalled in a 5 V PCI bus andsupports true "Plug & Play".
Software Development Kit
All boards are supplied with astandard software development kitfor Windows XP/Vista/7. Thesoftware development kit includesdll files for programming in C,C++or other high level languages andOCX files for Visual Basic or ActiveX programming.LabView driversare also included.
