Description
The OMB-DBK215 BNCconnection module provides 16BNC connectors for accessinganalog I/O, digital I/O, orcounter/timer signals. Each ofthe first group of eight BNCconnectors is pre-defined as analoginput and is jumper selectable assingle ended or differential.
Each of the second group of eightBNC connectors is configured bythe user as an analog input oroutput, digital line, or counter/timerchannel. Screw-terminalconnections for remaining signalsnot configured for the BNCconnectors are accessed byremoving the OMB-DBK215’stop cover.Signal wires attached to screw-terminalconnections are routedthrough a slot in the front of theOMB-DBK215.The OMB-DBK215 featuresa P5, 68-pin SCSI connectorfor connecting to anOMB-DAQBOARD-500 Seriesboard.The OMB-DBK215 is housed in ashielded metal enclosure that canbe mounted to other OMB-DBKsignal-conditioning and expansionmodules.A single OMB-CA-G55or OMB-CA-G56 cable is usedto connect the OMB-DBK215to an OMB-DAQBOARD-500Series board.
